Residential Visits
Residential trips are an important extension to school life and work. All year 2, year 4 and year 6 children are offered the opportunity to take part in a residential outdoor education visit to an accredited centre. These trips focus on the personal and social growth of the children, as well as offering them unique learning experiences. During these trips we try to encourage greater independence, self-confidence and self-reliance through activities such as: rock climbing, den building, team building, ropes courses, abseiling, etc. These residential trips are an opportunity for the children to learn in a different way, in a different environment and also an opportunity to get to know each other and the staff away from school.
