Rotakids    

Neston Primary School was  first school in the Northwest to establish a Rotakids club in January 2014. Over the last 11 years, Rotakids has had over 250 members with membership growing year on year as the club became more popular. Originally just for Y5 and Y6, this year we have taken our first pupils from Y3 to Y6. 

Rotakids has supported over 22 charities including annual Christmas visits to Hallwood Court Care Home, sending boxes of school equipment to Gambia, sending shoes to Uganda and numerous local community projects such as planting, litter picking and attending the local Remembrance Service. This year we are continuing a pen pal programme with Fresta Valley school in Virginia and following on from a remarkably successful Bunny Hop for the Hospice of the Good Shepherd, we are extremely excited to have two of our members selected to be Hospice Ambassadors.

Since we began in January 2014, with the kind generosity of the school and community,  Neston Primary's Rotakids have raised an amazing £8,898 for charity. We are looking forward to seeing what they plan to do next!
